目的：探讨整体护理延伸服务对行经皮冠状动脉支架植入术(PCI)术后老年冠心病患者用药依从性的影响。方法将178例老年冠心病 PCI 术后患者随机分为对照组88例和观察组90例。2组住院期间均接受常规治疗，观察组在进行常规治疗的基础上，出院后实施整体护理延伸服务。比较2组患者出院1年后用药依从性、心血管不良事件发生率、冠状动脉再狭窄率和再住院率。结果观察组用药依从性评分高于对照组，心血管不良事件发生率、冠状动脉再狭窄率和再住院率均低于对照组。结论对行 PCI 术老年冠心病患者进行整体护理延伸服务，可提高其用药依从性。
목적：탐토정체호리연신복무대행경피관상동맥지가식입술(PCI)술후노년관심병환자용약의종성적영향。방법장178례노년관심병 PCI 술후환자수궤분위대조조88례화관찰조90례。2조주원기간균접수상규치료，관찰조재진행상규치료적기출상，출원후실시정체호리연신복무。비교2조환자출원1년후용약의종성、심혈관불량사건발생솔、관상동맥재협착솔화재주원솔。결과관찰조용약의종성평분고우대조조，심혈관불량사건발생솔、관상동맥재협착솔화재주원솔균저우대조조。결론대행 PCI 술노년관심병환자진행정체호리연신복무，가제고기용약의종성。
Objective To explore the effects of extension nursing services on medication compliance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Total 1 78 elderly patients with coronary heart diseases were divided into a control group of 88 cases and an observation group of 90 cases randomly.Both groups received general health education during hospitalization,while the observation group was given holistic extension nursing services additionally after discharge.Twelve months after their discharge,the two groups were compared in terms of their medication compliance,occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events, restenosis and readmission rate.Results Twelve months after discharge,the average score of the medication compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,while the average rates of cardiovascular adverse events,readmission and restenosis were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion The holistic extension nursing services to elderly patients with coronary heart disease safter PCI can effectively improve their medication compliance.
