Streptomycin%Skin test%Water for injection%Saline
目的:比较0.9%氯化钠溶液和无菌注射用水2种溶媒对链霉素皮试结果的影响。方法选取2013年9月-2014年7月住院的100例需做链霉素皮试的肺结核确诊患者,每位患者左前臂用0.9%氯化钠溶液配制的链霉素皮试液进行皮试(0.9%氯化钠溶液组),右前臂用无菌注射用水配制的链霉素皮试液进行皮试(无菌注射用水组),20 min后观察和判定皮试结果。结果无菌注射用水组皮试结果阳性16例,0.9%氯化钠溶液组皮试结果阳性4例,注射用水组皮试阳性率高于0.9%氯化钠溶液组(χ2=8,P <0.01)。结论用无菌注射用水为溶媒配制链霉素皮试液易造成皮试结果假阳性,应用0.9%氯化钠溶液配制链霉素皮试液。

목적:비교0.9%록화납용액화무균주사용수2충용매대련매소피시결과적영향。방법선취2013년9월-2014년7월주원적100례수주련매소피시적폐결핵학진환자,매위환자좌전비용0.9%록화납용액배제적련매소피시액진행피시(0.9%록화납용액조),우전비용무균주사용수배제적련매소피시액진행피시(무균주사용수조),20 min후관찰화판정피시결과。결과무균주사용수조피시결과양성16례,0.9%록화납용액조피시결과양성4례,주사용수조피시양성솔고우0.9%록화납용액조(χ2=8,P <0.01)。결론용무균주사용수위용매배제련매소피시액역조성피시결과가양성,응용0.9%록화납용액배제련매소피시액。
Objective To observe skin test results of streptomycin prepared using 2 different solvents: 0.9% sodium chloride injection and sterile water for injection. Methods One hundred tuberculosis patients, hospitalized between September 2013 and July 2014 in need of injecting streptomycin were selected.With their consent,their left forearms were administered with streptomycin prepared using saline as the solvent,while their right forearms were given streptomycin prepared using water for injection as the solvent.Their skin test results were observed 20 minutes later.Results The incidence of positive skin test results of streptomycin prepared in patients using water for injection as the solvent was significantly higher than that in patients using saline (χ2 =8,P <0.01).There were 1 6 patients with positive skin test of streptomycin prepared using water for injection as the solvent.There were 4 patients with negative skin test when using saline as the solvent.Conclusions There might be a high false positive rate when giving streptomycin prepared using the water for injection as the solvent,which is not recommended in clinical practice.
