Community is the basic unit of society especially the status of socialist core values in communi-ty governance. The socialist core values play an important role in enhancing community governance capaci-ty , building community value consensus , and strengthening community moral culture construction . Cultivat-ing and Practicing Socialist Core Value in community governance must follow some basic principles , such as the combination of the organization construction and the community services , the combination of the edu-cation and community management , and the combination of idea innovation and reality . Realistically, the community do focus on practice, the promotion of community organization governance ability;to strengthen publicity and education, community public awareness. Strengthening the construction of moral culture, and creating a harmonious community atmosphere measures, the community can cultivate and practice the social-ist core values.
