[目的]基于医院信息系统(HIS)建立全面科学的护理工作量评价体系并实施。[方法]采用 HIS 系统和专家权重负荷相结合的方法建立临床病区护理工作量评价体系。[结果]形成了基于 HIS 系统的六项体现护理工作量及工作效率的指标,包括总床日数、出科人数、等级护理量、治疗护理量、病例分型(非手术科室)、手术分级(手术科室),依据分类赋予相应的权重。[结论]基于 HIS系统建立科学全面的护理工作量评价体系,对护理单元的工作量进行客观评价,是护理绩效考核的重要部分,同时为护士岗位人力配置及绩效分配改革提供依据。

Objective:To establish and implement a comprehensive and scientific nursing workload evaluation system based on hospital information system(HIS).Methods:The nursing workload evaluation system in clini-cal wards was established by using HIS system and expert weight load.Results:Six indicators based on HIS were formed reflecting the nursing workload and work efficiency,including the total number of bed days,depart-mental rotation number,levelnursing amount,treatment and care amount,case classification(non surgical de-partments),surgical grade (surgical departments),according to classification to give the corresponding weights. Conclusion:It is an important part of nursing performance assessment to establish a scientific and comprehensive nursing workload evaluation system and objectively evaluate the workload of the nursing unit based on HIS,and so as to provide the basis for the human allocation and performance distribution reform of nurses post.
