目的：了解不同入院次数的冠心病患者情绪障碍的特点。方法根据冠心病情绪障碍特点自行设计测评表，并采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对33例首次入院与37例多次入院冠心病患者进行调查。结果与首次入院组相比，多次入院组 HAMA 评分较低，组间比较差异无统计学意义；多次入院组情绪障碍总分、疾病心理维度各得分高于首次入院组，而社会心理各维度得分低于首次入院组。结论对首次与多次入院冠心病患者应根据其各阶段不同的情绪状态，有针对性地辅以心理引导。
목적：료해불동입원차수적관심병환자정서장애적특점。방법근거관심병정서장애특점자행설계측평표，병채용한밀이돈초필량표(HAMA)대33례수차입원여37례다차입원관심병환자진행조사。결과여수차입원조상비，다차입원조 HAMA 평분교저，조간비교차이무통계학의의；다차입원조정서장애총분、질병심리유도각득분고우수차입원조，이사회심리각유도득분저우수차입원조。결론대수차여다차입원관심병환자응근거기각계단불동적정서상태，유침대성지보이심리인도。
Objective To analyze the emotional disorders in repeatedly admitled patients with coronary heart disease .Methods Thirty-three patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized for the first time and 37 patients with the same disease admitted to hospital for several times were investigated using self-made scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Results As compared with the patients admitted for the first time,the average HAMA score of those hospitalized for several times was lower without significant differences. The average total score of emotional disorder and disease-related psychology of the latter were higher than those of the former,while the score of social psychology was lower than that of the former.Conclusions There were differences in emotional status in patients with coronary heart disease between their first admission and readmission.And targeted psychological guidance should be conducted.
