目的：分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床效果。方法选取我院于2013年4月～2014年4月收治冠心病患者98例作为研究对象，按治疗方法的不同，分为对照组（n=49例）和观察组（n=49例），对照组常规给予曲美他嗪治疗，观察组在此基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.88%，对照组总有效率为79.59%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为4.08%，对照组不良反应发生率为10.20%，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论冠心病采取曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果显著，且不良反应少。
목적：분석아탁벌타정연합곡미타진치료관심병림상효과。방법선취아원우2013년4월～2014년4월수치관심병환자98례작위연구대상，안치료방법적불동，분위대조조（n=49례）화관찰조（n=49례），대조조상규급여곡미타진치료，관찰조재차기출상연합아탁벌타정치료，관찰대비량조환자적림상효과。결과관찰조총유효솔위93.88%，대조조총유효솔위79.59%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관찰조불량반응발생솔위4.08%，대조조불량반응발생솔위10.20%，차이불현저（P>0.05）。결론관심병채취곡미타진연합아탁벌타정치료적림상효과현저，차불량반응소。
Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with qumei trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods chose 98 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 who were selected as the research object,according to the different treatment methods,divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(n=49 cases),control group received trimetazidine treatment,observation group on the basis of the combination of atorvastatin statin therapy observed clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,the total effective rate was 79.59%,the difference was statistical y significant(P< 0.05), the adverse reaction rate was 4.08% in the observation group,the control group was 10.20%,but the difference was not significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion Coronary heart disease(CHD)take trimetazidine trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin cutting the clinical effect of statin treatment significantly,and less adverse reactions.
