变应性鼻炎(AR)是常见多发病，严重影响患者的生活质量。查明变应原方法对该病的诊断及预防有着关键作用。而某些患者存在不常见的变应原甚至多种变应原，加大了查找难度。因此还有待于进一步研究和探索全面系统的AR变应原，查找方法，以便更好地应用于临床，提高变应原的查找效率。该文对变应性鼻炎症状以及鼻分泌物涂片、鼻内镜检查、血清IgE检测、变应原皮肤试验、特异性鼻粘膜激发试验、变应原重组技术等相关检查作一综述。

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a common frequently-occurring disease. AR has become a global health problems, seri-ous impact on the patient's quality of life. The method of finding out allergens has a key role on the diagnosis and preven-tion of the disease. But some patients existing uncommon allergen and even two or more allergens increase the difficulty to find . In order to be better applied to clinical and improve the efficiency ,comprehensive system AR allergen lookup method has yet to be further research and exploration. This paper includes the symptoms of allergic rhinitis ,nasal secretion smear, nasal endoscopic examination, serum IgE testing, allergen skin test, specific nasal provocation test and allergen restructuring technology.
