目的 探讨桥接组合式外固定系统治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床效果. 方法 回顾性分析我院2012年3月至2015年1月收治的32例儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床资料,评估微创桥接组合式外固定系统治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折治疗效果及并发症的情况. 结果 32例儿童中术后恢复程度:优16 例,良9 例,中7 例. 经过1 ~3 a的随访,骨折均在2~4个月愈合,无骨骺损伤及发育障碍,腕肘关节功能正常,前臂旋转功能正常. 未出现骨不连、螺钉断裂、骨髓炎等并发症. 结论 微创桥接组合式外固定系统操作简单、临床疗效满意,具有创伤小、愈合快、功能恢复好、并发症少的优点,是儿童尺桡骨骨折治疗的一种新选择.
目的 探討橋接組閤式外固定繫統治療兒童呎橈骨骨摺的臨床效果. 方法 迴顧性分析我院2012年3月至2015年1月收治的32例兒童呎橈骨骨摺的臨床資料,評估微創橋接組閤式外固定繫統治療兒童呎橈骨骨摺治療效果及併髮癥的情況. 結果 32例兒童中術後恢複程度:優16 例,良9 例,中7 例. 經過1 ~3 a的隨訪,骨摺均在2~4箇月愈閤,無骨骺損傷及髮育障礙,腕肘關節功能正常,前臂鏇轉功能正常. 未齣現骨不連、螺釘斷裂、骨髓炎等併髮癥. 結論 微創橋接組閤式外固定繫統操作簡單、臨床療效滿意,具有創傷小、愈閤快、功能恢複好、併髮癥少的優點,是兒童呎橈骨骨摺治療的一種新選擇.
목적 탐토교접조합식외고정계통치료인동척뇨골골절적림상효과. 방법 회고성분석아원2012년3월지2015년1월수치적32례인동척뇨골골절적림상자료,평고미창교접조합식외고정계통치료인동척뇨골골절치료효과급병발증적정황. 결과 32례인동중술후회복정도:우16 례,량9 례,중7 례. 경과1 ~3 a적수방,골절균재2~4개월유합,무골후손상급발육장애,완주관절공능정상,전비선전공능정상. 미출현골불련、라정단렬、골수염등병발증. 결론 미창교접조합식외고정계통조작간단、림상료효만의,구유창상소、유합쾌、공능회복호、병발증소적우점,시인동척뇨골골절치료적일충신선택.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of bridge combined external fixation system in the treatment of comminuted ulnar and radial fracture. Methods From March 2012 to January 2015, 32 patients with comminuted ulnar and radial fracture were treated by bridge combined fracture external fixation system, and evaluated the treatment effect and complications. Results 32 patients of postoperative healing was excellent in 16 cases, good in 9 cases,normal in 7 cases. Children with postoperative fractures healed well, after 1 to 3 years of follow-up, all fractures in 2 to 4 months of healing, no epiphyseal injury and developmental disorders, wrist and elbow joint function was normal, the normal function of forearm rotation. Bone nonunion, screw breakage, complications such as osteomyelitis did not appear. Conclusion Bridge combined external fixation system is a new choice for comminuted ulnar and radial fracture due to its advantages of relative simple operation and satisfactory clinical results, including the small trauma, quick healing,good functional recovery,less complication, and injury of soft tissue of weakness.
