目的：探讨手术室微创组专科化护理的优势。方法问卷调查医生对护理人员和患者对护理人员的满意度。结果手术室微创组专科化护理后各微创专科医生满意度提高（P<0.05），患者对护理人员的满意度提高（P<0.05）。结论手术室微创组专科化护理可提高手术室护理配合质量，加强护士的整体素质。

목적：탐토수술실미창조전과화호리적우세。방법문권조사의생대호리인원화환자대호리인원적만의도。결과수술실미창조전과화호리후각미창전과의생만의도제고（P<0.05），환자대호리인원적만의도제고（P<0.05）。결론수술실미창조전과화호리가제고수술실호리배합질량，가강호사적정체소질。
Objective To explore the advantages of minimal y invasive surgery in operation room. Methods We took questionnaire survey on the satisfaction degree of doctor and patients for nursing staff. Results After taking minimal y invasive group specialized nursing in operation room,the minimal y invasive specialist doctors' satisfaction increased(P<0.05),and the degree of satisfaction of patients with nursing staff was also improved(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimal y invasive group specialized nursing in operation room can improve the quality of nursing in operation room,and strengthen the overal quality of nurses.
