从新加坡华侨华人及新生代的特点以及现状出发，分析了其民族文化传承与认同在语言传承、习俗文化和身份认同中存在的问题。提出应加强宣传引导，拓宽宣传渠道；推进华文教育，弘扬中华文化；鼓励培训机构，培养有用人才；强化情感纽带，建立交流平台。从而逐步唤醒海外新生代的民族意识，培养海外新生力量。
從新加坡華僑華人及新生代的特點以及現狀齣髮，分析瞭其民族文化傳承與認同在語言傳承、習俗文化和身份認同中存在的問題。提齣應加彊宣傳引導，拓寬宣傳渠道；推進華文教育，弘颺中華文化；鼓勵培訓機構，培養有用人纔；彊化情感紐帶，建立交流平檯。從而逐步喚醒海外新生代的民族意識，培養海外新生力量。
종신가파화교화인급신생대적특점이급현상출발，분석료기민족문화전승여인동재어언전승、습속문화화신빈인동중존재적문제。제출응가강선전인도，탁관선전거도；추진화문교육，홍양중화문화；고려배훈궤구，배양유용인재；강화정감뉴대，건입교류평태。종이축보환성해외신생대적민족의식，배양해외신생역량。
Based on the characteristics and the status quo of the Singapore Chinese and the new genera-tion,the paper analyzes the existing problems of the cultural heritage and identity in the language, customs and culture and identity.It is suggested that we should strengthen the publicity and guidance, broaden the channels of education,promote the Chinese culture,encourage the training institutions, train the useful talents,strengthen the emotional ties,and establish the exchange platform so as to gradually wake up the consciousness of the new generation of overseas students and cultivate the new force of overseas students.
