校企合作办学是高校改革和发展的重要趋势。作为校企合作办学模式的重要核心职能部门———二级学院办公室，将发挥越来越重要的作用。文章通过紧密结合泉州师范学院工商信息学院校企合作模式，探讨了现今的校企合作的办学模式，分析了二级学院的办公室面临的挑战，进一步阐明了二级学院的办公室在校企合作办学的重要性，提出了二级学院的办公室在高校与企业合作办学的模式下，不仅应发挥原有的辅助、综合、协调、参谋作用，更应拓展对外宣传，推进科研，服务社会的新职能。

It is an important reformed and developing trend in university for school enterprise coopera-tion.As the key function department of school and enterprise cooperation school running model,the school office will play a more and more important role.This article is closely combined author’s expe-rience in TSL School of Business and Information Technology’s shool and enterprise running school model.It probes the shool and enterprise running school model in nowadays,analyzes the facing challenge of school office,furthermore explains the importance of school office under the school and enterprise cooperation situation,and brings out that school office not only should operate its original functions of supporting,integrating,coordination,and consultation,but also should expand the new functions of external propaganda,research expelling,and society servicing under the school and enterprise cooperation model.
