目的：分析产后子痫的临床护理方法及应用价值。方法整群选取2012年11月-2013年11月该院接受的产后子痫90例患者，随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组实施常规护理，共45例；在此基础上给予观察组综合护理，共45例。观察两组效果，并对比。结果两组比较，观察组护理有效率较高(95.56%、82.22%)；病情控制时间较短，分别为(7.5±1.5)h、(10.6±2.5)h；不良事件的发生率较低(2.22%、17.78%)；焦虑评分较低，分别为(39.36±4.45)分、(58.68±6.65)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后子痫综合护理的效果较好，应用价值较大，对快速控制病情、减少不良事件、改善焦虑情绪具有较大作用，值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing method for postpartum eclampsia and its application value. Methods Ninety cases with postpartum eclampsia admitted in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected and randomly di-vided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the conventional nurs-ing, and the observation group was additionally given comprehensive nursing. And the nursing effect of the two groups was ob-served and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher nursing efficacy (95.56% vs 82.22%), shorter time for controlling the disease[(7.5±1.5)h vs (10.6±2.5)h], lower incidence of adverse events(2.22% vs 17.78%), lower SAS scores [(39.36±4.45) points vs (58.68±6.65) points], the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For postpartum eclampsia, comprehensive nursing has better effect with higher application value, which can rapidly control the disease, significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the anxiety, so it is worthy of promo-tion.
