国家认同教育作为思想政治国家观教育的一部分，对促进国家的的整合和民族的团结具有重要的作用，因此受到世界各国的高度重视。中国和新加坡同在亚洲东部，具有相同的文化根基，在这个方面，两国因地制宜地开展相关教育，各有所长，也取得了一定成效。通过对中新两国国家认同教育的主要方法、主要内容和落脚点等方面进行比较，试图在比较中构建国家认同教育的常态化建设和长效机制，形式合力，提升国家认同感和构建和谐社会。
