地方本科院校继续教育转型的难点和关键在于教师作用的发挥,而要调动教师的积极性、主动性和创造性,可以通过构建以目标激励促进教师专业发展、以情感激励满足教师需要、以物质与精神激励相结合提升教师幸福感的激励策略。这种激励为实现继续教育转型、提高继续教育质量和效益具有重要的意义。

The difficulty continuing education transformation in local universities meets is how teachers play a key role,and to motivate their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,you can build in order to target incentives to promote the professional development of teachers;emotional incentive to meet the needs of teachers;with a combination of physical and mental stimulation to enhance the well-being of teachers incentive strategy.Continuing education for the realization of this transformation,to improve the quality and efficiency of continuing education is of important significance.
