1例45岁女性患者因急性支气管炎自行口服莫西沙星0.4 g。约5 min 后，患者出现周身瘙痒、全身皮肤发红、颜面水肿、声音嘶哑、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻；约25 min 后出现视物模糊、神志恍惚。遂静脉注射甲泼尼龙120 mg，快速静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠注射液1000 ml，但患者腹痛无缓解，服药后1 h 出现阴道出血。腹部超声检查未见明显异常。给予哌替啶100 mg 肌内注射，约30 min 后患者腹痛减轻，口服莫西沙星24 h 后阴道出血停止。患者1个月前有相同发病及诊治经历。

1례45세녀성환자인급성지기관염자행구복막서사성0.4 g。약5 min 후，환자출현주신소양、전신피부발홍、안면수종、성음시아、구토、복통、복사；약25 min 후출현시물모호、신지황홀。수정맥주사갑발니룡120 mg，쾌속정맥적주0.9%록화납주사액1000 ml，단환자복통무완해，복약후1 h 출현음도출혈。복부초성검사미견명현이상。급여고체정100 mg 기내주사，약30 min 후환자복통감경，구복막서사성24 h 후음도출혈정지。환자1개월전유상동발병급진치경력。
A 45 year-old woman with acute bronchitis took moxifloxacin 0. 4 g orally by herself. She developed pruritus and rubefaction on the whole body,edema in the face,hoarseness,vomiting,abdominal pain,and diarrhea 5 minutes after taking the medicine. About 25 minutes later,she developed clouded vision and became unconscious. She was given an intravenous injection of methylprednisolone 120 mg,and rapid intravenous drip of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection 1 000 ml. But the abdominal pain did not alleviate. She developed colporrhagia one hour after taking the medicine. The result of abdominal ultrasound <br> examination showed no obvious abnormity. Then she was given an intramuscular injection of meperidine 100 mg. About 30 minutes later,her abdominal pain was relieved. Twenty-four hours after receiving moxifloxacin,her colporrhagia was stopped. The patient had a similar experience of morbidity,diagnosis and therapy one month ago.
