目的：探究保健科老年慢性病患者健康管理中应用护理干预的效果。方法回顾性分析2014年7月～2015年7月本院收治的在保健科予以健康管理的135例慢性病老年患者资料，根据护理时不同护理方案分为两组，对照组60例患者采用常规性健康管理方式，观察组75例患者在其基础上采用护理干预方式，对比两组具体护理效果。结果观察组在两组护理后收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖均降低基础上，其降低幅度更显著（P<0.05）。结论保健科老年慢性病患者在健康管理中应用护理干预的效果显著，可缓解病情，并提高护理满意度。

목적：탐구보건과노년만성병환자건강관리중응용호리간예적효과。방법회고성분석2014년7월～2015년7월본원수치적재보건과여이건강관리적135례만성병노년환자자료，근거호리시불동호리방안분위량조，대조조60례환자채용상규성건강관리방식，관찰조75례환자재기기출상채용호리간예방식，대비량조구체호리효과。결과관찰조재량조호리후수축압、서장압、공복혈당균강저기출상，기강저폭도경현저（P<0.05）。결론보건과노년만성병환자재건강관리중응용호리간예적효과현저，가완해병정，병제고호리만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the health management of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods The data of 135 patients with chronic diseases who were treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2105 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the nursing care,the patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine health management mode,and the 75 patients in the control group were treated with nursing intervention on the basis of the 60 cases. Results In the observation group,after the two groups of nursing,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose were reduced on the basis of the reduction of more significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on the health management of elderly patients with chronic diseases in health care is remarkable,which can ease the disease and improve the nursing satisfaction.
