目的：探讨中医汤剂生精促育汤辅助西医疗法治疗男性内分泌性不育的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性方法，将87例内分泌性不育症患者根据就诊顺序分为中西医组43例和西医组44例，2组均采用绒毛膜促性腺激素肌注治疗，中西医组加用中医汤剂生精促育汤治疗，2组均以1个月为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程，比较治疗后2组精液质量（精子密度、正常形态精子率、精子活力百分比、精子活率）、内分泌激素[促卵泡生成素（ FSH）、促黄体生成素（ LH）、泌乳素（ PRL）、睾酮（ T）、雌二醇（ E2）]水平、临床疗效及2年成功受孕率的差异。结果治疗后2组精子密度、正常形态精子率、精子活力百分比、精子活率均较治疗前明显提高（P均＜0．05），且中西医组提高更加显著（P均＜0.05）。治疗后2组FSH、LH、PRL、T、E2水平均较治疗前显著改善（P均＜0．05），且中西医组改善更加显著（P均＜0．05）。中西医组治疗总有效率显著高于西医组（P＜0．05）。中西医组18例（42％）患者的妻子成功妊娠，西医组9例（20％）患者的妻子成功妊娠，中西医组患者妻子妊娠率显著高于西医组（ P＜0．05）。结论中医汤剂生精促育汤辅助西医疗法治疗男性内分泌性不育临床效果显著，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토중의탕제생정촉육탕보조서의요법치료남성내분비성불육적림상료효。방법채용전첨성방법，장87례내분비성불육증환자근거취진순서분위중서의조43례화서의조44례，2조균채용융모막촉성선격소기주치료，중서의조가용중의탕제생정촉육탕치료，2조균이1개월위1개료정，공치료3개료정，비교치료후2조정액질량（정자밀도、정상형태정자솔、정자활력백분비、정자활솔）、내분비격소[촉란포생성소（ FSH）、촉황체생성소（ LH）、비유소（ PRL）、고동（ T）、자이순（ E2）]수평、림상료효급2년성공수잉솔적차이。결과치료후2조정자밀도、정상형태정자솔、정자활력백분비、정자활솔균교치료전명현제고（P균＜0．05），차중서의조제고경가현저（P균＜0.05）。치료후2조FSH、LH、PRL、T、E2수평균교치료전현저개선（P균＜0．05），차중서의조개선경가현저（P균＜0．05）。중서의조치료총유효솔현저고우서의조（P＜0．05）。중서의조18례（42％）환자적처자성공임신，서의조9례（20％）환자적처자성공임신，중서의조환자처자임신솔현저고우서의조（ P＜0．05）。결론중의탕제생정촉육탕보조서의요법치료남성내분비성불육림상효과현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective It is to investigate the clinical effect of Shengjing Cuyu decoction assisted western medicine therapy for male endocrine infertility.Methods The prospective study, 87 cases of patients with endocrine infertility endocrine infertil-ity were divided into Chinese and Western Medicine group of 43 cases and Western Medicine group of 44 cases according to visit order, both groups were treated with HCG intramuscular injection, on the basic, Shengjing Cuyu decoction were assisted in the Chinese and Western Medicine group, one month is a course of treatment, a total of three treatment courses.The semen quality(sperm density, normal sperm morphology rate, percentage of sperm vitality and sperm viability), endocrine hormone [follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(P),testosterone(T),estradiol(E2)]levels, clinical curative effect and the 2 years of successful pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the sperm density, normal sperm morphology rate, percentage of sperm vitality and sperm viability in both groups were signifi-cantly increased than before treatment (all P<0.05), and the Chinese and Western Medicine group was more significantly (all P<0.05).The levels of FSH, LH, PRL, T and E2 in both groups were significantly improved than before treatment (all P<0.05), and the Chinese and Western Medicine group was more significantly (all P<0.05).The curative effect of Chi-nese and Western Medicine group were significantly higher than that of Western Medicine group (P<0.05).There were 18 cases (42%) of wife successful pregnancy in Chinese and Western Medicine group, and 9 cases (20%) of wife successful pregnancy, the wife pregnancy rate of Chinese and Western Medicine group was significant higher than that of Western Medi-cine group (P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese Medicine decoction of Shengjing Cuyu decoction assisted western medicine therapy for male endocrine infertility has more significant clinical effect.
