目的：分析微切口白内障手术平台在临床中的应用方法与价值。方法将该院自2012年5月-2014年5月期间，眼科所收治的白内障患者共计80例纳入该次临床研究，数字随机表分组。对照组40例患者做标准切口手术，观察组40例患者做微切口手术。对比两组患者眼压以及角膜散光度。结果观察组术后1d、术后7d眼压水平均明显低于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组术前、术后1 d、术后7 d角膜散光度变化明显低于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论白内障患者应用微切口手术方案治疗具有确切的干预效果，对降低眼压，减少角膜散光影响有重要价值，值得临床推广应用。
목적：분석미절구백내장수술평태재림상중적응용방법여개치。방법장해원자2012년5월-2014년5월기간，안과소수치적백내장환자공계80례납입해차림상연구，수자수궤표분조。대조조40례환자주표준절구수술，관찰조40례환자주미절구수술。대비량조환자안압이급각막산광도。결과관찰조술후1d、술후7d안압수평균명현저우대조조，대비차이유통계학의의(P﹤0.05)。관찰조술전、술후1 d、술후7 d각막산광도변화명현저우대조조，대비차이유통계학의의(P﹤0.05)。결론백내장환자응용미절구수술방안치료구유학절적간예효과，대강저안압，감소각막산광영향유중요개치，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical application and value of microincisional cataract surgery platform. Methods 80 cases with cataract admitted in Department of Ophthalmology of our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were enrolled into this clinical study and divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the digital random table with 40 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by standard incision surgery, while those in the observation group were treated by microincisional cataract surgery. And the intraocular pressure and corneal astigmatism were compared between the two groups. Re-sults 1 d, 7 d after operation, the mean intraocular pressure of the observation group was much lower than that of the control group, respectively with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. The changes of corneal astigmatism before operation and 1 d, 7 d after operation in the observation group were much less than those in the control group, respectively with statistically significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with cataract, microincisional cataract surgery has exact effect, which is of great signif-icance in reducing the intraocular pressure and corneal astigmatism, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
