目的:探讨高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C)水平对冠心病患者介入治疗术后不良心血管事件的影响。方法选择开封市第二人民医院心内科2013年2月—2014年2月收治的行介入治疗的冠心病患者113例,按照介入治疗前HDL-C水平分为低水平组(HDL-C<1.32 mmol/L)57例和高水平组(HDL-C≥1.32 mmol/L)56例,均随访观察12个月,记录两组患者术后不良心血管事件发生情况。结果两组患者均获得完全随访,随访率为100.0%。随访期间低水平组患者不良心血管事件发生率为31.6%,高于高水平组的16.1%(χ2=6.115,P =0.023)。结论HDL - C水平较高的冠心病患者介入治疗术后不良心血管事件发生率较低。

Objective To explore the impact of HDL-C level on adverse cardiac events in coronary heart disease patients treated by interventional therapy. Methods From February 2013 to February 2014,a total of 113 coronary heart disease patients were selected in the Department of Cardiology,the Second People′s Hospital of Kaifeng,and they were divided into A group(HDL-C<1. 32 mmol/L,n=57)and B group(HDL-C≥1. 32 mmol/L,n=56)according to HDL-C level before interventional therapy. Patients of both groups were fellowed up for 12 months,and the incidence of adverse cardiac events was recorded. Results All of the patients were successfully followed up,the follow-up rate was 100. 0%. The incidence of adverse cardiac events of A group was 31. 6%,was statistically significantly higher than that of B group of 16. 1%(χ2 =6. 115, P=0. 023). Conclusion Coronary heart disease patients with increased HDL-C level have low risk of adverse cardiac events after interventional therapy.
