The principle of two-way communication in outpatient department%Transfusion room%Application effect
目的:探讨双向沟通原理在门诊护理管理中的应用效果,更好构成和诣医患关系。方法选取双向沟通实施前后两组患者资料,对照组为2013年5月-2014年5月未实施门诊双向沟通;实验组为2014年6月-2015年4月实施门诊双向沟通各调查患者180例,比较沟通前后各科室对门诊护理工作满意情况。结果实验组双向沟通原理实施后患者对门诊输液室工作态度、疑问解答、业务指导、沟通反馈以及医患、护患纠纷满意度显著高于对照组双向沟通原理实施前(P<0.05)。结论在门诊输液时实施双向沟通能够改善门诊护理管理各项工作,提高服务质量和各科室对门诊护理管理满意度,值得推广使用。

목적:탐토쌍향구통원리재문진호리관리중적응용효과,경호구성화예의환관계。방법선취쌍향구통실시전후량조환자자료,대조조위2013년5월-2014년5월미실시문진쌍향구통;실험조위2014년6월-2015년4월실시문진쌍향구통각조사환자180례,비교구통전후각과실대문진호리공작만의정황。결과실험조쌍향구통원리실시후환자대문진수액실공작태도、의문해답、업무지도、구통반궤이급의환、호환규분만의도현저고우대조조쌍향구통원리실시전(P<0.05)。결론재문진수액시실시쌍향구통능구개선문진호리관리각항공작,제고복무질량화각과실대문진호리관리만의도,치득추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the effects of out-patient two-way communication principle applied in outpatient care management, better open the window of the hospital harmony. Methods 360 cases of patient data from May 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital outpatient diagnosis and treatment were analyzed, according to the clinic before and after the imple-mentation of two-way communication will be divided into two groups, the control group was in May 2013 - May 2014 did not the implementation of two-way communication clinic;the department for outpatient care job satisfaction before and after the experimental group in June 2014-June 2015 to implement two-way communication clinic, more communication situa-tion. Results The patients in the experimental group two-way communication attitude for outpatient infusion chamber after the implementation of the principles, questions to answer, operational guidance, feedback and communication between doc-tors and patients, nursing disputes satisfaction was significantly higher than before the implementation of the principle of two-way communication (P<0.05). Conclusion In the outpatient infusion implement two-way communication can improve outpatient care management work, improve service quality and management of the department for outpatient care satisfac-tion, should be introduced.
