Fixation retainer of the band of cloth%Pressure traverse distribution%Clinical biomechanics
目的:探讨临床夹板上布带固定带下横向压力分布情况;方法:运用研制的微型压力传感器与电测实验方法,对柳木夹板及塑料夹板布带固定带下横向压力进行临床静态及功能锻炼生物力学模拟测试;结果:布带与柳木夹板在静态时中间传感器3为11.45±2.32g,传感器2、4分别为107.47±11.87g、99.32±8.95g,位于夹板边缘处的传感器1、5分别为865.92±73.28g、862.79±59.60g。布带与柳木夹板在功能锻炼时中间传感器3为26.58±3.09g,传感器2、4分别为138.08±1.95 g、133.46±6.34 g,位于夹板边缘处的传感器1、5分别为978.61±51.54 g、980.25±21.16g。布带与塑料夹板在静态时中间传感器3为60.74±3.25g,传感器2、4分别为152.45±3.55g、119.49±6.20g,位于夹板边缘处的传感器1、5分别为807.50±114.54g、862.79±59.60g。布带与塑料夹板在功能锻炼时中间传感器3为91.62±9.53g,传感器2、4分别为213.68±20.55g、185.60±11.64g,位于夹板边缘处的传感器1、5分别为945.52±83.62 g、943.24±56.18 g。结论:布带固定带在柳木夹板及塑料夹板上静态及功能锻炼的横向压力分布总体规律是中间压力传感器显示力值很小,随着远离中点加大压力传感器显示力值有所增加,在夹板边缘处传感器显示力值为最大值,且塑料夹板具有布带约束力压力分布更为均匀平缓的特点。

Objective: To explore pressure traverse under fixation retainer of clinical splint about the band of cloth.Methods: Re-search the biomechanics mechanism of pressure traverse under fixation retainer of wood splint and plastic splint about the band of cloth through board pressure transducer and electricity empirical method in quiet state and functional exercise; Results: process simulative test result of transducer about cloth and wood splint in fixation retainer conditions, middle is 11.45 ±2.32g, transducer 2、 4 is 107.47 ± 11.87g、 99.32 ±8.95g, transducer 1、 5 is 865.92 ±73.28g、 862.79 ±59.60g in quiet state.middle is 26.58 ±3.09g, transducer 2、 4 is 138.08 ±1.95g、 133.46 ±6.34g, transducer 1、 5 is 978.61 ±51.54g、 980.25 ±21.16g in functional exercise.Process simulative test result of transducer about cloth and plastic splint in fixation retainer conditions, middle is 60.74 ±3. 25g, transducer 2、 4 is 152.45 ±3.55g、 119.49 ±6.20g, transducer 1、 5 is 807.50 ±114.54g、 862.79 ±59.60g in quiet state.middle is 91.62 ±9.53g, transducer 2、 4 is 213.68 ±20.55 g、 185.60 ±11.64g, transducer 1、 5 is 945.52 ±83. 62g、 943.24 ±56.18g in functional exercise.Conclusion: pressure traverse distribution integer regularity is: middle transducer force is low, Borderline transducer force is high over wood splint and plastic splint about the band of cloth.in quiet state and functional exer-cise.Compared to wood splint, pressure distribution under the band of cloth is more well-distributed in plastic splint.
