以太阳能辅助燃料电池为研究背景,搭建不同管长和管径、不同涂层材料的内置导流板热水器,逐步完成全玻璃真空管太阳能热水器实验和模拟研究。建立太阳能热水器三维数学模型,以场协同和理论为指导,分析热水器强化传热数据。研究结果表明,真空管出口射流区域的场协同性最高,水箱内部存在横向的扰流;真空管内加装导流板后,管内冷热流体混流减弱,强化了真空管底部流动,真空管内耗散最小,水箱内温度梯度减小,场协同度最高。太阳能辅助燃料电池集热场在自然对流条件下,宜采用内置导流板热水器。
以太暘能輔助燃料電池為研究揹景,搭建不同管長和管徑、不同塗層材料的內置導流闆熱水器,逐步完成全玻璃真空管太暘能熱水器實驗和模擬研究。建立太暘能熱水器三維數學模型,以場協同和理論為指導,分析熱水器彊化傳熱數據。研究結果錶明,真空管齣口射流區域的場協同性最高,水箱內部存在橫嚮的擾流;真空管內加裝導流闆後,管內冷熱流體混流減弱,彊化瞭真空管底部流動,真空管內耗散最小,水箱內溫度梯度減小,場協同度最高。太暘能輔助燃料電池集熱場在自然對流條件下,宜採用內置導流闆熱水器。

The water heaters with different tube length and diameter,different coating material and guide plate were built with the research background of solar-assisted fuel cells to study the thermal performance in all-glass evacuated tube solar water heaters through experiment and simulation.The three-dimensional mathematical model of solar water heaters was established to study the enhanced data of heat transfer according to field synergy and entransy principles.The results show that the col-laboration in the jet region of the evacuated tube exit is the best and horizontal vortexs exist in water tank.The guide plate reduces mixed flow of cold and hot fluid,strengthens the flow at the bottom of the evacuated tube and decreases the entransy dissipation in the tube.After the evacuated tube is e-quipped with the guide plate,the temperature gradient in the water tank is reduced and the field syn-ergy degree is higher than those of other water heaters.The water heater with the guide plate should be adopted in natural convection for the thermal field of solar-assisted fuel cells.
