目的：研究康复疗养措施对高原官兵心境状态的影响。方法将刚下高原赴临潼疗养院的31名高原官兵分为疗养+高压氧疗组和常规疗养组，分别于疗养1 d、疗养15 d及疗养30 d时填写POMS量表，统计分析对心境的影响。结果疗养30 d高压氧结合疗养的效果较疗养15 d的效果好，在D (忧郁与沮丧)、A (愤怒-敌意)、F (疲惫-惰性)和C(困惑-迷茫)有明显差异(P＜0.05)，两种疗法对驻防海拔4000 m、守防12个月官兵的效果好，常规疗养的改善效果明显，疗养15 d后与疗养前相比无显著差异。结论疗养30 d对刚下高原官兵心情有很好的调节作用，疗养期间应用高压氧疗效果显著。建议今后对高海拔、守防时间长的官兵下山后组织康复疗养，对官兵身心健康有很好的调节作用。

Objective To study the influence of rehabilitation and recuperation m easures on m ental state of plateau officers and soldiers.Methods 31 officers and soldiers w ho just cam e dow n from the plateau to L inTong sanatorium w ere divided into tw o groups:the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group(the norm al recuperation+hyperbaric oxygen therapy) and the norm al recuperation group,and POMS scales w ere com pleted on the 1st day,15th day and 30th day of recu-peration in order to statistically analyze the effects of m ental state.Results The effects of norm al recuperation and hy-perbaric oxygen therapy for 30 days w ere better than those for 15 days,and there w ere clear differences in the aspects of D ,A ,F ,and C (P<0 .05 ).The tw o m ethods show ed better effects on those officers and soldiers on the plateau over 4000 m for 12 m onths.N orm al recuperation show ed clear im provem ent effects,and the differences betw een after 15 days of recuperation and before recuperation w ere not rem arkable.Conclusion R ecuperation for 30 days show s good effects on the m ental state of the officers and soldiers w ho just com e dow n from plateau ,and the hyperbaric oxygen therapy has rem arkable effects during recuperation .It is suggested that the officers and soldiers from high altitude w ith long garrison tim e should be given for rehabilitation and recuperation after they com e dow n ,w hich can regulate their physical and psychological health .
