目的：剖析舒适护理对于肛肠外科手术患者的护理效果。方法对我院2013年12月～2015年2月收治的104接受肛肠外科手术的患者进行回顾性分析，将接受不同手术种类的患者随机分为常规护理组和舒适护理组，测量患者的满意度，并对两种护理方法进行对比分析。结果舒适护理组患者对于护理工作的满意度为96.15%，而常规护理组为88.46%，两组差异具有统计学意义。结论对于进行肛肠外科手术的患者使用舒适护理可以提升患者对于护理工作的满意度。

목적：부석서괄호리대우항장외과수술환자적호리효과。방법대아원2013년12월～2015년2월수치적104접수항장외과수술적환자진행회고성분석，장접수불동수술충류적환자수궤분위상규호리조화서괄호리조，측량환자적만의도，병대량충호리방법진행대비분석。결과서괄호리조환자대우호리공작적만의도위96.15%，이상규호리조위88.46%，량조차이구유통계학의의。결론대우진행항장외과수술적환자사용서괄호리가이제승환자대우호리공작적만의도。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comfort nursing for patients in anorectal department,intestine surgery operation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 104 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2015,the patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comfort nursing group,the patients were treated with two nursing methods. Results The satisfaction of comfort nursing group was 96.15%,while the routine nursing group was 88.46%,the difference between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with anorectal department,intestine surgery operation comfort care can improve the patient satisfaction with nursing work,comfort nursing in anorectal department,intestine surgery nursing work in the promotion.
