目的：分析老年冠心病心律失常的护理措施及效果。方法采取2013年12月～2014年9月本院收治的110例老年冠心病心律失常患者，将这110例患者平均分成观察组和对照组，对对照组患者给予常规护理，对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予优质护理，护理结束后，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果对观察组患者给予优质护理后，52例患者心脏功能恢复正常，有效率为94.5%，患者的护理满意度为96.4%；对对照组患者给予常规护理后，41例患者心脏功能恢复正常，94.5%，患者的护理满意度为69.1%，两组患者的护理效果比较差异较大，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对老年冠心病心律失常中应用循证护理有助于患者的康复，提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effects of nursing interventions in elderly cardiac arrhythmias with coronary heart disease. Methods During our hospital from December 2013 to September 2014,110 cases of coronary heart disease in elderly patients with cardiac arrhythmias,these 110 patients were divided into observation group and the control group,for the control group were treated with routine care,the observation group patients were given high-quality care in routine care,based on the end of care,care benefits for two groups of patients were compared. Results The observation group were treated with high-quality care,52 patients returned to normal cardiac function,the effective rate was 94.5%,patient care satisfaction for 96.4%,the control group were treated after routine care,41 patients returned to normal cardiac function, 94.5%,patient care satisfaction for 69.1%,nursing effect difference between the two groups were larger,there was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The elderly with coronary heart arrhythmia EBN contribute to the rehabilitation of patients,improve patient satisfaction with care.
