线粒体是机体能量代谢与细胞信号转过程中关键的细胞器,在多种信号传导、调节Ca2+稳态和介导细胞凋亡等过程中均发挥着重要的作用。线粒体功能障碍与扩张型心肌病、缺血再灌注损伤和心力衰竭等心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关。本文围绕缺血再灌注损伤机制与线粒体结构和功能障碍的关系做一简要综述。

Mitochondria are critical organelles of energy metabolism in organism and play a pivotal role in , cell signaling process , such as signal transduction , Ca2+ homeostasis , and apoptotic regulation and other processes.More and more studies show that the development of the dila-ted cardiomyopathy , ischemia-reperfusion injury , the heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases , all of which are also closely related to the mitochondrial dysfunction .This review focuses on the relationship be-tween ischemia -reperfusion injury mechanisms and mitochondrial dys-function to make a brief overview .
