目的：分析探讨经ERCP途径治疗胆总管巨大结石高龄患者的可行性以及护理配合方法。方法选取我院于2013年3月～2014年3月收治的胆总管巨大结石高龄患者90例作为临床研究对象，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结其护理要点。结果本次研究中的90例胆总管巨大结石高龄患者经ERCP途径治疗取得了良好的治疗效果，结合清除率达到了97.78%。结论采用ERCP治疗高龄患者胆总管巨大结石安全有效，但前提条件是术前评估、术中配合、术后精心护理。
목적：분석탐토경ERCP도경치료담총관거대결석고령환자적가행성이급호리배합방법。방법선취아원우2013년3월～2014년3월수치적담총관거대결석고령환자90례작위림상연구대상，대환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，총결기호리요점。결과본차연구중적90례담총관거대결석고령환자경ERCP도경치료취득료량호적치료효과，결합청제솔체도료97.78%。결론채용ERCP치료고령환자담총관거대결석안전유효，단전제조건시술전평고、술중배합、술후정심호리。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of the ERCP pathway in the treatment of elderly patients with giant stone of the bile duct and the method of nursing cooperation. Methods 90 patients with giant stone age from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as clinical research object,the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the nursing points. Results In this study,90 cases of bile duct stones in elderly patients with ERCP pathway treatment achieved good results,with the clearance rate reached 97.78%. Conclusion ERCP is effective and safe in treatment of elderly patients with common bile duct stones,but it is a prerequisite for preoperative evaluation,intraoperative cooperation,postoperative care.
