目的:探究在护理教学查房中应用情景模拟法的应用效果。方法选取该院的护理人员及实习护生48名进行不同的护理查房教学,按照随机分组原则将48名护理人员及实习护生分为对照组和观察组各24名,对照组采取常规的护理教学查房模式,观察组则在常规护理教学查房的基础上联合情景模拟进行查房教学,对两组人员在护理教学查房中的查房质量以及相应的满意度进行调查对比,进而探究护理教学查房中情景模拟的应用效果。结果观察组的查房质量以及工作满意率为98.7分、95.8豫,对照组的查房质量以及工作满意率为89.1分、70.8豫,观察组明显优于对照组,观察组实习护生考核优秀率87.5豫显著高于对照组37.5豫,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理教学查房中应用情景模拟法既可以活跃查房气氛又可以激发护理人员及实习护生的学习积极性,同时增强团队整体凝聚力,提升护理人员的综合能力,保证其查房质量以及护理工作满意率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of the application application scenario simulation in nursing teaching.Methods Hospital nurses and nursing students 48 different nursing teaching rounds, in accordance with the principles of the 48 ran-domized nurses and nursing students were divided into control group and observation group 24, respectively, the control group received routine.
