目的:探讨人文关怀在神经内科护理工作中的作用。方法选择神经内科100例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的护理基础上给予人文关怀护理。结果观察组的总满意度高于对照组,观察组患者的SCL-90(症状自评量表)评分低于对照组。结论人文关怀护理可以有效提高护理质量和患者满意度。

Objective To observe the experience of humanistic care in the nursing of department of neurology. Methods 100 patients of department of neurology were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group),the patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,the patients in the observation group were given conventional nursing plus humanistic caring nursing. Results The total satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly hisher than that of the control group,SCL-90 scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion The humanistic nursing care can effectively improve the quality of care and patients satisfaction.
