目的:调查广东省鹤山市户籍人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况,分析HPV型别和年龄分布特征。方法利用飞行时间质谱技术/二代高通量测序技术对8966例女性户籍人口进行14种高危型HPV和2种低危型HPV基因分型检测。结果检出HPV总阳性率为6.3%,HPV检出率前3位型别分别是HPV52(22.35%)、HPV16(12.34%、HPV58(10.45%)。35~44岁年龄组检出率最高。比较各年龄段HPV检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在CIN2/3中HPV检出率前3位型别分别是HPV33(29.03%)、HPV16(27.54%、HPV58(15%)。结论鹤山市户籍人口HPV感染较高的型别为HPV52、16、58,HPV33感染率虽较低,致癌性比较强。

Objective To investigate human papillomavirus(HPV)genotype distribution in Heshan city Guangdong province and analyze the characteristics of HPV type and age. Methods 14 high risk HPV genotypes and 2 low risk HPV genotypes of 8966 registered women were detected by time of flight mass spectrometry technology/second generation high-throughput sequencing technologies.Results HPV positive rate was 6.3% .Among HPV infection,HPV52 was the most common geno-type(22.35%),followed by HPV16(12.34%),and HPV58(10.45%).Women in the 35~44 age groups were the highest HPV positive population. There are statistical differences between age groups(P<0.05). The top three HPV types in CIN2/3 were HPV33(29.03%)、HPV16(27.54%、HPV58(15%). Conclusion The common HPV infection types in registered women of Hes-han were HPV52、16、58 . HPV33 infection rate was low relatively, but with high carcinogenicity.
