目的:通过托槽抗剪切强度的测试和脱落率的比较评估一种改良托槽间接粘结法的应用效果。方法收集25颗因正畸拔除的新鲜人类前磨牙,使用一种改良的间接粘结法粘结托槽,测试托槽抗剪切强度。选择正畸患者20例,将每位患者的上下牙弓按左右共分为4个象限,奇数象限和偶数象限随机使用直接粘结法和改良间接粘结法粘结托槽,观察前3个月托槽的脱落情况。结果改良间接粘结法的托槽抗剪切强度为(9.83±3.33)MPa。直接粘结法托槽的脱落率为7.4%,改良间接粘结法托槽的脱落率为8.5%,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论改良间接粘结法有足够的托槽粘结强度,能满足临床需求。

Objective To assess a modified method of indirect bracket bonding through measurement of the shear bond strength and debonding rate of the brackets.Methods A total of 25 human premolars extracted due to orthodontic treatment were collected, to test the shear bond strength of brackets using a modified method of indirect bonding.Mean-while, 20 orthodontic patients were included into the current study whose upper and lower dental arches were divided into four quadrants, and brackets were bonded in the odd or even quadrants using direct or modified indirect bonding, respec-tively.Then, the rates of debonding were observed during the first three months after bonding.Results The shear bond strength was (9.83 ±3.33) MPa for the modified method of indirect bonding.The rate of bracket debonding was 7.4%for the method of direct bonding, and 8.5% for indirect bonding, without statistically differences (P >0.05).Conclu-sion The modified method of indirect bonding produces sufficient bracket bonding strength, which can meet clinical re-quirements.
