目的:了解我院病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法对我院2015年4~6月所分离病原菌进行分析。结果革兰阴性杆菌(G-)占62%,革兰阳性球菌(G+)占31.4%,真菌占6.6%,病原菌感染位居前几位是大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、醋酸钙不动杆菌。结论合理使用抗菌药物,减少细菌耐药性的产生。
目的:瞭解我院病原菌分佈及耐藥情況。方法對我院2015年4~6月所分離病原菌進行分析。結果革蘭陰性桿菌(G-)佔62%,革蘭暘性毬菌(G+)佔31.4%,真菌佔6.6%,病原菌感染位居前幾位是大腸埃希菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌、醋痠鈣不動桿菌。結論閤理使用抗菌藥物,減少細菌耐藥性的產生。
목적:료해아원병원균분포급내약정황。방법대아원2015년4~6월소분리병원균진행분석。결과혁란음성간균(G-)점62%,혁란양성구균(G+)점31.4%,진균점6.6%,병원균감염위거전궤위시대장애희균、금황색포도구균、작산개불동간균。결론합리사용항균약물,감소세균내약성적산생。
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in ourhospital. Methods Pathogens were isolated for analysis From Apirl to June in 2015. Results Gram-negative bacil i(G-)accounted for 62%,Gram-positive coci(G+)accounted for 31.4%,fungi accounted for 6.6%, respectively. Pathogen infection among the top were escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,acinetobacter calcoaceticus. Conclusion The rational use of antibiotics to reduce the emergence of resistant pathogens.
