Distribution of pathogenic bacteria%Drug resistance
目的：了解我院病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法对我院2015年4～6月所分离病原菌进行分析。结果革兰阴性杆菌（G-）占62%，革兰阳性球菌（G+）占31.4%，真菌占6.6%，病原菌感染位居前几位是大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、醋酸钙不动杆菌。结论合理使用抗菌药物，减少细菌耐药性的产生。
目的：瞭解我院病原菌分佈及耐藥情況。方法對我院2015年4～6月所分離病原菌進行分析。結果革蘭陰性桿菌（G-）佔62%，革蘭暘性毬菌（G+）佔31.4%，真菌佔6.6%，病原菌感染位居前幾位是大腸埃希菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌、醋痠鈣不動桿菌。結論閤理使用抗菌藥物，減少細菌耐藥性的產生。
목적：료해아원병원균분포급내약정황。방법대아원2015년4～6월소분리병원균진행분석。결과혁란음성간균（G-）점62%，혁란양성구균（G+）점31.4%，진균점6.6%，병원균감염위거전궤위시대장애희균、금황색포도구균、작산개불동간균。결론합리사용항균약물，감소세균내약성적산생。
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in ourhospital. Methods Pathogens were isolated for analysis From Apirl to June in 2015. Results Gram-negative bacil i(G-)accounted for 62%,Gram-positive coci(G+)accounted for 31.4%,fungi accounted for 6.6%, respectively. Pathogen infection among the top were escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,acinetobacter calcoaceticus. Conclusion The rational use of antibiotics to reduce the emergence of resistant pathogens.
