近年来,对比剂肾病( CIN)的发病率呈现逐渐上升的趋势. 丹红注射液是一种良好的循环改善制剂,在预防介入后CIN有确切的疗效. 本文就丹红注射液在抗氧化、调节NO 合成分泌、抑制炎症因子等途径预防CIN的机制进行综述.

In recent years,the incidence rate of contrast-induced nephropathy ( CIN) showed a gradual upward trend. Danhong injection is a good micro-circulation improving agent with an exact effect of preventive intervention af-ter CIN. This article reviewed the preventive mechanisms of danhong injection ( including anti-oxidation,regulating NO synthesis and secretion,inhibition of inflammatory cytokines and other means) in the treatment of CIN.
