目的：探究鼻内镜下治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床效果。方法研究分析我院收治的40例老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜手术治疗效果，评定临床疗效。结果40例患者治疗有效率为95.0%，术后5～10 d鼻腔少量出血1例，鼻腔粘连1例，眶周轻微淤血1例，对应处理后改善。结论鼻内镜手术用于治疗老年慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉，疗效显著。

목적：탐구비내경하치료노년만성비두염、비식육적림상효과。방법연구분석아원수치적40례노년만성비두염、비식육환자채용비내경수술치료효과，평정림상료효。결과40례환자치료유효솔위95.0%，술후5～10 d비강소량출혈1례，비강점련1례，광주경미어혈1례，대응처리후개선。결론비내경수술용우치료노년만성비두염、비식육，료효현저。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in elderly patients. Methods 40 cases of elderly patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated by endoscopic surgery. Results 40 patients were treated with effective rate was 95.0%, postoperative 5 ~ 10 d nasal bleeding in 1 case,nasal cavity adhesion in 1 case,and 1 case of periorbital slight gore,corresponding improvement. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of chronic sinusitis,nasal polyps,the effect is significant.
