目的：探讨玻璃体切割联合重硅油眼内填充术在高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离治疗中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析玻璃体切割联合重硅油眼内填充术在高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者治疗中的临床疗效。结果30例患者中，28眼黄斑裂孔闭合视网膜脱离成功复位，成功率为93.3%；23眼视力有提高，4眼无变化，3眼视力水平下降；术后并发硅油乳化2例，白内障7例，高眼压2例，对应处理后改善。结论玻璃体切割联合重硅油眼内填充术用于治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离，疗效显著。
목적：탐토파리체절할연합중규유안내전충술재고도근시황반렬공시망막탈리치료중적림상개치。방법회고성분석파리체절할연합중규유안내전충술재고도근시황반렬공시망막탈리환자치료중적림상료효。결과30례환자중，28안황반렬공폐합시망막탈리성공복위，성공솔위93.3%；23안시력유제고，4안무변화，3안시력수평하강；술후병발규유유화2례，백내장7례，고안압2례，대응처리후개선。결론파리체절할연합중규유안내전충술용우치료고도근시황반렬공시망막탈리，료효현저。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil in the treatment of high myopia macular hole retinal detachment. Methods We analyzed the clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil in the treatment of patients with high myopia macular hole retinal detachment. Results 28 eyes of macular hole closed retinal detachment successfully,the success rate was 93.3%,23 eyes were improved,4 eyes had no change,3 eyes were decreased,2 cases were treated with silicone oil emulsification,7 cases of cataract and 2 cases of high intraocular pressure. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil in the treatment of high myopia macular hole retinal detachment,the effect is significant.
