目的研究热毒宁注射液在0.9%生理盐水、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、木糖醇注射液、复方氯化钠注射液、乳酸钠林格注射液中的稳定性,及其与儿科常用药物的配伍. 方法将热毒宁注射液与5种常用药分别以6种溶媒稀释后,观察外观,测量pH值及不溶性微粒结果. 结果热毒宁在不同溶媒中性状稳定;西咪替丁与热毒宁混合液、更昔洛韦与热毒宁混合液的 pH 值变化较大,在以10%葡萄糖、木糖醇、复方NaCl为溶媒时,变化尤为明显. 热毒宁与西咪替丁、更昔洛韦、痰热清存在浑浊,不溶性微粒结果超标. 结论热毒宁在本次试验不同溶媒中,均可单独使用;与盐酸氨溴索、注射用美洛西林舒巴坦钠配伍良好,与西咪替丁、更昔洛韦、痰热清等存在配伍禁忌.
목적 연구열독저주사액재0.9%생리염수、5%포도당주사액、10%포도당주사액、목당순주사액、복방록화납주사액、유산납림격주사액중적은정성,급기여인과상용약물적배오. 방법 장열독저주사액여5충상용약분별이6충용매희석후,관찰외관,측량pH치급불용성미립결과. 결과 열독저재불동용매중성상은정;서미체정여열독저혼합액、경석락위여열독저혼합액적 pH 치변화교대,재이10%포도당、목당순、복방NaCl위용매시,변화우위명현. 열독저여서미체정、경석락위、담열청존재혼탁,불용성미립결과초표. 결론열독저재본차시험불동용매중,균가단독사용;여염산안추색、주사용미락서림서파탄납배오량호,여서미체정、경석락위、담열청등존재배오금기.
Objective To study the stable compatibility of reduning injection in 0.9% NaCl sodium chloride injection,5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection,xylitol injection,compound sodium chloride injection,lactated Ringer′s injection,and the stable compatibility of reduning injection with common pediatric drugs. Methods Reduning injection were diluted with six solvent and mixed with five commonly used drugs,then the appearance was observed,the pH value was measured and the insoluble particles were counted. Results The trait of reduning was stable in different solvents,pH value changed mostly in cimetidine reduning mixture,and ganciclovir reduning mixture,it was especially obvious in the mixture with 10% glucose,xylitol,compound sodium chloride as solvents. Reduning injection turbided and insoluble particles exceeded when it mixed with tanreqing,cimetidine,ganciclovir. Conclusion Reduning can be used in different solvents,and can obtaine good compatibility when it is mixed with ambroxol hydrochloride,mezlocillin and sulbactam sodium for injection,but it is incompatibility when reduning is mixed with cimetidine,ganciclovir,tan-reqing.
