Shuxuening Injection%Medication Rationality%Retrospective Analysis
目的:回顾性分析住院患者使用舒血宁注射液的用药合理性。方法:从我院2013年6月至2014年5月使用舒血宁注射液1141例住院患者中随机抽查149例,从单次剂量、给药频次、用药疗程、输液溶媒、联合用药、不良反应/不良事件等进行回顾性分析。结果:149例患者单次剂量均为20 mL、每日1次给药。用药疗程1~7 d 的为52例(3例用于治疗脑梗死),7~14 d 的76例(51.0%),大于14 d 的21例(14.1%)。使用5%葡萄糖注射液作溶媒的45例,使用0.9%氯化钠注射液作溶媒的104例。联合用药105例,占70.5%。结论:舒血宁注射液的溶媒选择与药品说明书有差距,用药疗程、联合用药存在不合理现象,应加强舒血宁注射液用药管理,提高用药水平。

목적:회고성분석주원환자사용서혈저주사액적용약합이성。방법:종아원2013년6월지2014년5월사용서혈저주사액1141례주원환자중수궤추사149례,종단차제량、급약빈차、용약료정、수액용매、연합용약、불량반응/불량사건등진행회고성분석。결과:149례환자단차제량균위20 mL、매일1차급약。용약료정1~7 d 적위52례(3례용우치료뇌경사),7~14 d 적76례(51.0%),대우14 d 적21례(14.1%)。사용5%포도당주사액작용매적45례,사용0.9%록화납주사액작용매적104례。연합용약105례,점70.5%。결론:서혈저주사액적용매선택여약품설명서유차거,용약료정、연합용약존재불합리현상,응가강서혈저주사액용약관리,제고용약수평。
Objective: A retrospective study was conducted on the medication rationality of shuxuening injection used in hospitalized patients. Methods: From June 2013 to May 2014, 149 cases were randomly selected from 1 141 hospitalized patients who were treated with shuxuening injection. A retrospective analysis was carried out on the medication such as the use of a single dose, frequency of administration, course of treatment, infusion solvents, combined drug use and ADR/ADE. Results: About 149 patients were treated with a single dose of 20 mL, once a day. For the course of treatment, 52 cases (3 cases for cerebral infarction) were treated for 1 ~ 7 days, 76 cases (51.0%) for 7 ~ 14 days and 21 cases (14.1%) over 14 days. About 45 cases used 5% dextrose injection as solvent and the other 104 cases used 0.9% sodium chloride injection. About 105 patients were given combined drug therapy, accounting for 70.5%. Conclusion: The solvent selection of shuxuening injection was not fully agreed to the drug instructions and the irrational course of medication and drug combination still existed , therefore the drug administration of shuxuening injection should be strengthened so as to improve the level of medication.
