目的 建立补肾化瘀浸膏中毛蕊花糖苷的HPLC含量测定方法. 方法 采用ODS Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液(16:84)为流动相,检测波长:334 nm,流速:1. 0 mL/min,柱温:30 ℃. 结果 毛蕊花糖苷进样量在0.015 ~0.300 μg 之间线性关系良好. 回归方程 Y =16 763 X-7 948. 9,R=0.999 6;平均加样回收率为98. 24%,RSD为1. 34%(n=6). 结论 本方法操作简便,测定结果准确,重复性好,可作为补肾化瘀浸膏的质量控制方法.

Objective To establish a method for determination of acteoside in Bushenhuayu extracts by HPLC. Methods HPLC was conducted at a column temperature of 30 ℃ with a column of ODS Phenomenex Gemini C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid (16:84 V/V),wave length was set at 334 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results There was a good linear ranging from 0.015~0.300 μg of acteoside. The curve formulation was Y=16 763 X-7 948. 9,R=0.999 6,with an average recovery of 98. 24% (RSD=1. 34%,n=6). Conclusion The method might be one of the good quality criterion for Bushenhuayu extract because of its simple,accurate and recovery property.
