目的 建立喜马拉雅紫茉莉总多酚的含量测定方法. 方法 以没食子酸为对照品,用福林酚比色法测定喜马拉雅紫茉莉总多酚的含量. 结果 没食子酸在浓度1. 74 ~10.44 μg/mL的范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),喜马拉雅紫茉莉总多酚的平均含量为8. 946 mg/g,RSD=1. 16%. 结论 优选的福林酚比色法稳定可靠,简便易行,快速准确,可作为喜马拉雅紫茉莉总多酚的含量测定方法.

Objective To establish the methodology for determination of total polyphenol in mirabilis himalai-ca. Methods Gallic acid was taken as a reference substance,the content of total polyphenol was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric method. Results A linear correlation between density and absorption of gallic acid solution was noted at the concentration of 1. 74~10.44 μg/mL (r=0.999 5),the average content of total polyphenol was 8. 946 mg/g,RSD=1. 16%. Conclusion The optimized method was stable and reliable,simple,rapid,accurate,it could be used for determination of total polyphenol in mirabilis himalaica.
