目的：观察全膝关节表面置换术对老年患者膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法：选取我院行全膝关节表面置换术治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎的老年患者42例，经手术后观察并对比其术前与术后不同回访时间点的HSS评分和膝关节功能恢复情况。结果：术后3个月、6个月、1年及2年患者的各项HSS指标评分均明显优于术前，且膝关节功能恢复的优良率均明显优于术前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用膝关节表面置换术对老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行治疗，可有效减轻患者的疼痛，提高其膝关节功能恢复效率，极大改善患者的生活质量，值得临床推广和应用。

Object: to analyze the curative effect of total knee surface replacement for treatment of elderly patients knee osteoarthritis. Method: total 42 elderly patients who had received total knee replacement for treatment of knee osteoarthritis were selected, every patient’s preoperative and postoperative HSS score of each follow-up and postoperative knee function recovery were analyzed. Result: postoperative HSS score at 3 month, 6 month, 1 year and 2 years was better than preoperative and satisfaction rate of knee function recovery precede preoperative, difference between preoperative and postoperative (P<0.05) with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion: total knee replacement for treatment of knee osteoarthritis can ease the pain of patients, improve the satisfaction rate of knee function recovery and patients’ living quality and be popularized valuably.
