目的：观察超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗肝包虫囊肿的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年2月～2012年7月收治的74例肝包虫囊肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组两组，每组各37例，对照组患者行传统超声引导穿刺硬化治疗方案，治疗组行改进和规范后的超声引导穿刺硬化治疗方案，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果74例肝包虫囊肿患者穿刺成功率为95.9%，对照组的穿刺治疗有效率为86.5%，治疗组的穿刺治疗有效率为97.3%，治疗组的疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）；对照组穿刺治疗后复发率为8.1%，治疗组无复发。结论超声引导穿刺硬化治疗肝包虫囊肿简单易行、安全实用、创伤小、疗效显著。

목적：관찰초성인도하천자경화치료간포충낭종적림상료효。방법장아원2010년2월～2012년7월수치적74례간포충낭종환자수궤분위대조조화치료조량조，매조각37례，대조조환자행전통초성인도천자경화치료방안，치료조행개진화규범후적초성인도천자경화치료방안，대비분석량조환자적림상료효。결과74례간포충낭종환자천자성공솔위95.9%，대조조적천자치료유효솔위86.5%，치료조적천자치료유효솔위97.3%，치료조적료효우우대조조（P<0.01）；대조조천자치료후복발솔위8.1%，치료조무복발。결론초성인도천자경화치료간포충낭종간단역행、안전실용、창상소、료효현저。
Objective The clinical efficacy of sclerotherapy in the treatment of hepatic hydatid cyst under ultrasound guided observation. Methods 74 cases of liver hydatid cyst patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in our hospital in February 2010 to July 2012,each 37 cases in each,the patients in the control group line traditional ultrasound guided percutaneous sclerosing therapy,treatment group,improved and standardized the ultrasound guided puncture hardening treatment,comparative analysis the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results 74 cases of hepatic hydatid cyst puncture success rate was 95.9%in the control group,the puncture treatment effective rate was 86.5%,treatment group of puncture for the treatment effective rate was 97.3%,the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01), puncture treatment of the control group,the recurrence rate was 8.1%,the treatment group had no recurrence. Conclusion Utrasound guided aspiration and sclerotherapy in treatment of hepatic hydatid cyst is simple,safe and practical,smal trauma,curative effect is distinct.
