目的:检测内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在蒙古族、汉族原发性高血压患者中水平的变化,探讨两者在蒙古族、汉族原发性高血压发病进程中的作用。方法原发性高血患者187例,其中蒙古族患者95例、汉族患者92例。另选择蒙古族正常人群89例、汉族正常人群93例。采用放射免疫法检测各组ET、CGRP的水平。结果蒙古族原发性高血压患者血压与蒙古族对照组人群及汉族原发性高血压患者与汉族对照组人群比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蒙古族高血压组血浆CGRP水平较蒙古族对照组、汉族高血压组及对照组人群高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而各组间血浆ET水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒙古族原发性高血压的发病机制可能有别于汉族,血浆中CGRP浓度增加可能与蒙古族高血压患病率较高有关。

목적:검측내피소(ET)、강개소기인상관태(CGRP)재몽고족、한족원발성고혈압환자중수평적변화,탐토량자재몽고족、한족원발성고혈압발병진정중적작용。방법원발성고혈환자187례,기중몽고족환자95례、한족환자92례。령선택몽고족정상인군89례、한족정상인군93례。채용방사면역법검측각조ET、CGRP적수평。결과몽고족원발성고혈압환자혈압여몽고족대조조인군급한족원발성고혈압환자여한족대조조인군비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);몽고족고혈압조혈장CGRP수평교몽고족대조조、한족고혈압조급대조조인군고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。이각조간혈장ET수평차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론몽고족원발성고혈압적발병궤제가능유별우한족,혈장중CGRP농도증가가능여몽고족고혈압환병솔교고유관。
ObjectiveTo detect the variation of Endothelin(ET) and Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) levels in the Mongolian and Han nationality patients with primary hypertension,and discuss their roles in the progress of primary hypertension.Methods Selected 187 patients with essential hypertension from Feb. 2013 to Oct. 2014 as objects. Among of them,Mongolia patients with essential hypertension were 95 cases and 89 cases of normal control,Han patients with primary hypertension were 92 cases and 93 cases of normal control. Then the levels of ET and CGRP were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results Compared to normal group,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the patients with primary hypertension who with or not Mongolia or Han nationality increased,there was statistical signifi cance between them(P<0.05). The levels of CGRP in the Mongolia patients with primary hypertension higher than Mongolia normal control,Han patients with primary hypertension and normal control, there was statistical signifi cance between them(P<0.05). However,there was no statistical signifi cance between the levels of CGRP of the Mongolia normal control,Han patients with primary hypertension and normal control(P<0.05). There were no statistical signifi cance of ET levels between each group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mongolian the pathogenesis of primary hypertension may be different from the han nationality,and the higher levels of CGRP in plasma may be associated with the higher prevalence rate of Mongolian hypertension.
