目的:探讨标准化超声切面检查在孕早期胎儿结构畸形筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取1567例孕早期孕妇行标准化超声切面检查,观察胎儿结构畸形筛查结果,并在孕中期对胎儿进行超声复查,随访妊娠结局。结果:在孕早期诊断出胎儿异常8例(占0.51%),孕中期诊断出结构畸形3例,孕晚期检出膈疝1例,胎儿出生后检出心脏室间隔缺损1例。孕早期超声筛查胎儿结构畸形诊断灵敏度、特异度、符合率及漏诊率分别为66.67%、99.71%、99.72%及41.67%。结论:孕早期进行标准化超声切面检查,虽有助于筛查出部分胎儿结构畸形,但仍具有较高的漏诊率,故在怀孕早期、中期及晚期对胎儿进行连续动态筛查,有助于降低胎儿结构畸形的漏诊率。

목적:탐토표준화초성절면검사재잉조기태인결구기형사사중적응용개치。방법:선취1567례잉조기잉부행표준화초성절면검사,관찰태인결구기형사사결과,병재잉중기대태인진행초성복사,수방임신결국。결과:재잉조기진단출태인이상8례(점0.51%),잉중기진단출결구기형3례,잉만기검출격산1례,태인출생후검출심장실간격결손1례。잉조기초성사사태인결구기형진단령민도、특이도、부합솔급루진솔분별위66.67%、99.71%、99.72%급41.67%。결론:잉조기진행표준화초성절면검사,수유조우사사출부분태인결구기형,단잉구유교고적루진솔,고재부잉조기、중기급만기대태인진행련속동태사사,유조우강저태인결구기형적루진솔。
Objective:To investigate the value of standardized ultrasound section examination for fetal structural abnormalities trimester screening. Methods: Selected 1567 cases of trimester pregnant women as research subjects, who were performed standardized ultrasound examination section, observed the fetal malformations screening results, and used ultrasound review to fetus in the second trimester, follow-uping pregnancy outcomes. Results:Trimester diagnosis of fetal abnormalities in 8 cases(0.51%), the second trimester diagnosed three cases of malformations, diaphragmatic hernia, one case detected in the third trimester, the fetus after birth detected one case of cardiac septal defects. trimester ultrasound screening fetal structural abnormalities diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic accuracy, misdiagnosis rate was 66.67%, 99.71%, 99.72%, 41.67%. Conclusion:Standardization ultrasound examination section in the first trimester can help detection part of fetal structural abnormalities, but it still has a high rate of misdiagnosis, continuous dynamic screening of the fetus in early, middle and late pregnancy can reduce deformity the rate of misdiagnosis.
