依据光栅光谱仪的工作原理,导出了光栅光谱仪中闪耀光栅在利特罗安装条件下的衍射效率表达式。得到了相应的衍射效率曲线,用其对实验测得的Ne光谱线的相对强度进行了修正。最后,说明了对于较大范围的光栅光谱强度测量值,分析了利用衍射效率进行修正的必要性、有效性和可行性。
依據光柵光譜儀的工作原理,導齣瞭光柵光譜儀中閃耀光柵在利特囉安裝條件下的衍射效率錶達式。得到瞭相應的衍射效率麯線,用其對實驗測得的Ne光譜線的相對彊度進行瞭脩正。最後,說明瞭對于較大範圍的光柵光譜彊度測量值,分析瞭利用衍射效率進行脩正的必要性、有效性和可行性。

Based on the working principle of blazed gratings in the grating spectrometer , the distribution formula of diffraction efficiency is derived . The corresponding curve of diffraction efficiency is obtained . And ,it is available to provide some modification for relative intensity of the spectral line of element Ne , which has been measured in experiments .As the research points out ,for the larger wavelength range of grating spectral intensity measurements , the correction of using diffraction efficiency is necessary , effective and feasible .
