通过探讨近年来我国部分省市开展的生物安全柜调查情况，分析生物安全柜普遍存在的应用选择、使用和管理问题：①在选择生物安全柜型号时盲目追求“超前性”；②国内无统一的生物安全柜标准，生产、性能检测维护等方面存在的缺陷；③多数单位尚未建立生物安全柜的使用管理体系。针对普遍存在的问题提出了相应的建议，即从实际出发，根据需求选择最优的生物安全柜产品型号；国内相关部门应加大对生物安全柜统一标准的重视；各单位实验室要加强生物安全柜管理制度和管理体系的建设，落实到具体的操作规范及第三方检测机构上。

The objective of this research is to review the use and management of bio-safety cabinet in some provinces and cities in China. Then summarize the problems in selection, utilization and management of bio-safety cabinets:the blind choice of the latest model bio-safety cabinet type;no domestic bio-safety cabinets’ uniform standards;most units has not yet established the bio-safety cabinet systems for use, maintenance and management. Analyze the universal existence problems and put forward the reasonable suggestions:select the optimal bio-safety cabinet model according to the actual working requirement;related departments should pay more attention to the unity of bio-safety cabinet standards;units should strengthen the construction of laboratory management system for bio-safety cabinets, implementing the operation standard, the specific system of reward and punishment and the three party testing institutions.
