目的:探讨基于GE OEC 9900移动型数字化减影血管造影(DSA)设备构建数字化导管室的设计方案。方法:依照导管室建设标准对医院手术室进行布局和防护改造、设备安装调试及数字化接入等改建。改建完成验收合格后分别由心内科及放射科开展介入诊疗项目,并客观评价改建后的导管室能否满足临床需要。结果:小型数字化导管室在短期内顺利建成,放射防护通过检测后投入使用,并成功开展了冠脉造影及支架置入、肝动脉化疗栓塞等介入治疗。结论:基于移动型DSA设备构建数字化导管室方案简单易行、成本低,设备操作简易、功能全面,术中造影图像清晰并可实现数字化存贮和传输,能够满足一般临床介入诊疗需求,值得借鉴与参考。

Objective:To explore the design and to share the experience to establish a digitized catheter room using a mobile digital subtraction angiography(DSA)machine in our hospital. Methods:To rebuild an operating room according to the standard of construction of a catheter room, including the procedures of layout modification, radiation protection, DSA machine installation, commissioning and accessed to digitalization. When renovation completed and passed the acceptance, departments of Cardiology and Radiology carry out interventional diagnosis and therapy work respectively, including both cardiac and peripheral interventional therapy. Results:A mini digitized catheter room was built in a short time, after passing the radiation protection detection and came into use. Our hospital has successfully performed the operations of coronary angiogram, intracoronary stenting and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. The GE OEC 9900 mobile machine was easy to use and was multifunctional. Image of angiography was clear and can be digitally archived and communicated. Conclusion:This design using a mobile DSA machine to establish a digitized catheter room was easy to implement, low-cost and was easy to satisfy the demand of clinic. It also can be taken as a reference for those hospitals who plan to carry out interventional diagnosis and therapy work.
