目的：探究鼓膜置管术与鼓膜置管术+腺样体切除术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月～2015年3月收治的110例患有分泌性中耳炎的儿童，将其随机分为A、B两组，每组各55人，给予A组患儿鼓膜置管术治疗，给予B组患儿鼓膜置管术+腺样体切除术治疗，比较分析两组的术后疗效。结果经手术治疗，A组患儿治愈16例，好转32例，无效7例，治疗有效率为87.3%；B组患儿治愈31例，好转23例，无效1例，治疗有效率为98.1%；B组的治疗有效率高于A组，两组治疗有效率差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论儿童分泌性中耳炎经保守治疗无效时，选取鼓膜置管术+腺样体切除术进行手术治疗，临床疗效较为理想。
목적：탐구고막치관술여고막치관술+선양체절제술치료인동분비성중이염적림상료효。방법선취아원2014년1월～2015년3월수치적110례환유분비성중이염적인동，장기수궤분위A、B량조，매조각55인，급여A조환인고막치관술치료，급여B조환인고막치관술+선양체절제술치료，비교분석량조적술후료효。결과경수술치료，A조환인치유16례，호전32례，무효7례，치료유효솔위87.3%；B조환인치유31례，호전23례，무효1례，치료유효솔위98.1%；B조적치료유효솔고우A조，량조치료유효솔차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론인동분비성중이염경보수치료무효시，선취고막치관술+선양체절제술진행수술치료，림상료효교위이상。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment for children with secretory otitis media in children with the treatment of children with secretory otitis media. Methods 110 children with secretory otitis media in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2014 were randomly divided into group B and group A,55 patients in each group,and treated with the A group of patients with the treatment of the B group. Conclusion Conservative treatment for children with secretory otitis media,the selection of the treatment of surgical treatment of the patients with the treatment of the operation of the membrane of the membrane,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment.
