目的：观察失眠患者使用曲唑酮后的睡眠改善情况，评价曲唑酮治疗失眠的疗效与安全性。方法焦虑性失眠患者60例随机分为曲唑酮治疗组（30例）、唑吡坦治疗组（30例），疗程为4周。于治疗前和治疗后第4周末分别采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表（PSQI）评定疗效与副反应量表（TESS）评定患者的副反应情况。结果治疗第4周末，曲唑酮组的显效率80%，唑吡坦组显效率56.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。曲唑酮组，唑吡坦组在治疗前和治疗第4周末PSQI评分均显著降低（P<0.05）；但两者对焦虑性失眠的总体疗效并无统计学差异（P>0.05），不良反应均轻。结论曲唑酮治疗焦虑性失眠与唑吡坦总体疗效相当，不良反应轻。
목적：관찰실면환자사용곡서동후적수면개선정황，평개곡서동치료실면적료효여안전성。방법초필성실면환자60례수궤분위곡서동치료조（30례）、서필탄치료조（30례），료정위4주。우치료전화치료후제4주말분별채용한밀이돈초필량표（HAMA）、필자보수면지수량표（PSQI）평정료효여부반응량표（TESS）평정환자적부반응정황。결과치료제4주말，곡서동조적현효솔80%，서필탄조현효솔56.7%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。곡서동조，서필탄조재치료전화치료제4주말PSQI평분균현저강저（P<0.05）；단량자대초필성실면적총체료효병무통계학차이（P>0.05），불량반응균경。결론곡서동치료초필성실면여서필탄총체료효상당，불량반응경。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and side effects of trazodone in treating insomnia caused by anxiety.MethodsSixty inpatients with insomnia caused by anxiety were randomly devided into trazodone group(30 cases) and zolpidem group(30 cases) .The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The effi cacy and side effects were assessed by HAMA,PSQI before treatment end at the and of 4th week after treatment,as well as the TESS used by the end of the 4th week after treatment.Results After 4th week,the improved rates were 80% in trazodone group and 56.7% in zolpidem group, there was signifi cant differences between two groups(P<0.05); Before the treatmment and at the end of the 4th weeks of treatment,the score of PSQI showed signifi cant differences(P<0.05)in each group.But there were no signifi cant differences(P>0.05)in the general effects of insomnia caused by anxiety between the two groups after the 4th treatment .The side effects in two groups were few.ConclusionThe curative effect of trazodone used in insomnia caused by anxiety were equal compared with zolpidem,both of them are effective with high safety and low side effective.
