结果文化程度(OR=0.553)、卡介苗接种史(OR=0.3429)、CD4+T淋巴细胞数(OR=0.563)、ALB(OR=0.246)、抗病毒治疗(OR=0.467)、无业(OR=1.432)及吸烟(OR=2.341)等因素与HIV/AIDS人群发生结核病有关。
結果文化程度(OR=0.553)、卡介苗接種史(OR=0.3429)、CD4+T淋巴細胞數(OR=0.563)、ALB(OR=0.246)、抗病毒治療(OR=0.467)、無業(OR=1.432)及吸煙(OR=2.341)等因素與HIV/AIDS人群髮生結覈病有關。

ObjectiveTo explore the risk factors of AIDS patients complicated with tuberculosis and to provide the evidence for prevention. Methods 80 patients were enrolled for observation, 160 patients of AIDS without tuberculosis were used as control. Data were collected with questionair and medical records. The corelation of HIV/AIDS compliated with tuberculosis wre analyzed. Results The level of education (OR=0.553)、history of BCG tuberculosis vaccine(OR=0.3429)、CD4+T lymph cell count(OR=0.563)、ALB(OR=0.246)、the treatment of antivirus(OR=0.467)、unemployment(OR=1.432)and smoking(OR=2.341)were related to the incidence of tuberculosis in HIV/AIDS patients. Conclusions Good education, history of BCG tuberculosis vaccine, CD4+T lymph cell count, the treatment of antivirus andthe good nutrition condition are the protective factors for the HIV/AIDS populations from tuberculosis, unemployment and smoking are the risk factors.
