探讨递进减张技术在皮肤缺损性创伤修复中应用效果。方法对45例皮肤缺损性创伤采用递进减张进行修复，根据创面大小，分别采用递进减张后直接缝合、局部皮瓣递进减张缝合，递进减张联合植皮修复。结果本组病例均获得满意的效果，愈合后创口瘢痕反应明显减轻，无并发症发生。结论递减减张法能够最大限度地缩小创面、恢复局部功能和形态，减少术后伤口瘢痕增生发生，满足形态学要求，可供临床参考。
탐토체진감장기술재피부결손성창상수복중응용효과。방법대45례피부결손성창상채용체진감장진행수복，근거창면대소，분별채용체진감장후직접봉합、국부피판체진감장봉합，체진감장연합식피수복。결과본조병례균획득만의적효과，유합후창구반흔반응명현감경，무병발증발생。결론체감감장법능구최대한도지축소창면、회복국부공능화형태，감소술후상구반흔증생발생，만족형태학요구，가공림상삼고。
ObjectiveTo explore the application of the reducing-tension step by step technique for managment of the skin defect from trauma Methods45 cases who had defect of skin were repaired by reducing-tension,according to the size of wound,respectively,using reducing-tension step by step combined with suture-directly,local flap,skin graft.ResultsAll cases had got satisfying Results,incision cicatricial-responses, and without complication.ConclusionThe technology of reducing-tension step by step can minimize the wound,recover function,reduce hyperplasia,meet the requirements of morphology,for clinical reference.
